Taking into account the content of the United Nations guidelines on business and human rights, recognizing the important role of business in ensuring respect for children's rights, in particular the right to protect their dignity and freedom from all forms of harm, LabaTime Apartments in Świnoujście operating under the company Dariusz Macheta Specialist Dental Clinic NIP9451181310 adopt the document Minors' Protection Standards as a model of rules and procedures in the event of a suspicion that a child staying at the LabaTime Apartments in Świnoujście is being harmed and preventing such threats.
The child protection policy in the facility will be implemented through these principles.

The company conducts its activity in the field of renting apartments with the highest respect for human rights, in particular the rights of children, as people particularly sensitive to harm.
The company recognizes its role in conducting socially responsible business and promoting desirable social attitudes.
The company particularly emphasizes the essence of the legal and social obligation to notify law enforcement agencies of any suspected crime against children.
Any information about circumstances indicating that a child staying at the facility may be harmed will result in a quick and appropriate response.
One of the forms of effective prevention of child abuse is the identification of a child staying at the facility and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying at the facility.

We inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure the protection of minors. Under this act, accommodation facilities were required to identify the relationship between an adult Guest and a minor staying together at the facility.

Therefore, from August 15, 2024, our Guests will be required to comply with these legal provisions, while the Standards for the Protection of Minors will be fully implemented by us.

At any stage (when booking, checking in, during your stay) you may be asked to additionally present an identity card or other identification document of the minor/s, a birth certificate, a document confirming the status of the child's legal guardian, a statement from parents/legal guardians about the consent for the child to stay under the care of another adult, also under the care of the minor's grandparents or uncles or other relatives.

All this is for the sake of the well-being and safety of your children. We ask for your understanding, patience - let's take care of the safety of minors!

Legal basis: art. 22c sec. 3 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and the protection of minors.
