Spacious and comfortable

The 5-person apartment (comfortable for 4 people) is located in the building at ul. Żeromskiego 60 in Świnoujście, located on the 1st floor in the north-east direction, overlooking the sea. All-year-round in the first building line at the Promenada Zdrowia, near the water clock, at the entrance No. 7 to the beach.

The convenient location of the apartment, in a quiet and safe area by the sea, closer to the border with Germany, away from the hustle and bustle of the central part of the district will make your stay pleasant and regenerating. For people who want to take a break from the kitchen during their vacation, it will be a consolation that in the nearby space they will find interesting places for morning breakfast and other home-cooked meals.

A comfortable apartment for a family

   The Baltic Apartment A1.1 consists of a hall, a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, 41 m². It is comfortably furnished. It has its own, spacious bathroom with an open shower and a hair dryer. We always have fresh, fragrant towels (big and small) and cleaning products such as liquid soap for our guests. The bedroom has a continental bed for two people with a set of fresh linen, next to the bedside tables with reading lamps. The living room has a double sofa bed and a fold-out armchair. We provide our guests with:

• free wireless internet access
• parking space in the underground garage (entrance gate height 2 meters) - additionally payable
• bed linen and towels and liquid soap
• dishwasher tablets / sachets

After a busy day, you can relax in the spacious living room with 55-inch TV. An additional convenience is a large terrace (20 m²) with a seating set, where you can drink aromatic morning coffee in the glare of the rising sun. Curtains and curtains will provide you with privacy and freedom, and the peaceful surroundings and the sound of the sea from a distance will lull you to sleep. Sliding mosquito nets protect against mosquitoes and the fan ensures pleasant air movement. The apartment has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, wardrobes in the hall.

A modernly equipped kitchenette

   If you want, you can prepare your own meals, because our apartments have their own kitchenettes with excellent equipment. We leave at the disposal of our guests:

• electric heating plate - induction
• microwave oven
• oven
• refrigerator
• Electric Kettle
• pressure coffee machine for capsules (Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, Starbucks) We do not provide capsules!
• toaster
• blender
• washing machine - We do not provide washing powder / sachets!
• hotel iron

In the kitchen you will also find all the necessary accessories, such as plates, bowls, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery and cleaning products such as washing up liquid, sponge, cloth.

Additional information

   We strive to provide our guests with maximum comfort. There is an elevator in the building, and each apartment is equipped with a safe, convenient, keyless electronic lock. There are beach accessories waiting for you, such as a windbreak, which is extremely helpful equipment while relaxing on the Polish coast, and beach deckchairs.

This is the apartment where we allow pets - only small and medium breed dogs.

In the newly commissioned building, finishing works are still in progress in some of the premises, hence possible inconvenience.
