Spacious and comfortable

The 4-person apartment is located in the Albus building of the "ApartPark" apartment complex at ul. Uzdrowiskowa 48B in Świnoujście, located on the 3rd floor to the east. It is adjacent to the Albus 308 apartment, which is a convenient solution for families or a larger group of friends traveling together. The year-round complex is located in the first line of buildings, next to the Seaside Park, approx. 100 m from the beach.
  There is a room for bicycles in the building, and on the ground floor, the Sofa Bistro Restaurant serving tasty breakfasts, lunches, dinners and dinners, and the Sofa Cafe, where you can eat delicious cakes and drink hot and cold drinks.

Albus is part of a complex of three luxurious buildings, along with Rubus and Lividus. There is a SPA zone in Lividus with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, open every day, payment for use at the Baltic Home reception on the ground floor. On the roof of the building there is an observation deck and a place where you can sunbathe and relax, elevator access, free admission.

A comfortable apartment for a family

 Albus 309 apartment consists of a hall, a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is comfortably furnished with families with children in mind. It has its own, spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a hair dryer. We always have fresh, fragrant towels (large and small) and cleaning products such as liquid soap for our guests. The bedroom has a large continental bed with a complete set of fresh linen, next to the bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The fan gives a pleasant blast of air. Additionally, the apartment has a high chair for feeding small children. In addition, we provide our guests with:

• free wireless internet access
• parking space in the underground garage under the neighboring Rubus building in a complex with an internal access (entrance gate height 2 meters) - additionally payable
• large, generally accessible, lockable room for bicycles

After a busy day, you can relax in the spacious living room with a 32-inch TV. An additional convenience is a balcony with a seating set, where you can drink aromatic morning coffee in the glare of the rising sun. The rooms are equipped with cassette external blinds, which will provide you with privacy and freedom as well as a restful and healthy sleep at night. The apartment has a large wardrobe with a luggage room, thanks to which suitcases and outerwear will not take up the usable space.
 

A modernly equipped kitchenette

 In the building you can use the services of restaurants and cafes, but if you want, you can prepare your own meals, because our apartments have their own kitchenettes with excellent equipment. We leave at the disposal of our guests:

• electric heating plate - induction
• microwave oven
• refrigerator
• Electric Kettle
• drip coffee maker
• toaster
• blender
• hotel iron

In the kitchen you will also find all the necessary accessories, such as plates, bowls, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery and cleaning products such as washing up liquid, sponge, cloth.
 

Additional information

We strive to provide our guests with maximum comfort. There are elevators in the building, and each room is equipped with a safe, convenient, keyless electronic lock. Active tourists can also use the room for bicycles. In the rooms, there are beach accessories waiting for you, such as a windbreak, which is extremely helpful equipment while relaxing on the Polish coast, and beach chairs.
 

Currently, construction is underway on the neighboring plot, which may cause inconvenience due to noise and view - therefore the price is lower than usual. However, the construction is far away.

This is the apartment where we allow pets - only small and medium breed dogs.
