We offer you

3-person apartment (comfortable for 2 people) in the Albus building of the apartment complex "ApartPark" at ul. Uzdrowiskowa 48B in Świnoujście, located on the 3rd floor to the east. Adjacent to the Albus 309 apartment, making it a good solution for a larger group of friends traveling together or two friendly families. Operating all year round, the resort is located in the first line of buildings, next to the Seaside Park, approx. 100 m from the beach.
  There is a room for bicycles in the building, and on the ground floor, the Sofa Bistro Restaurant serving tasty breakfasts, lunches, dinners and dinners, and the Sofa Cafe, where you can eat delicious cakes and drink hot and cold drinks.

 Albus is part of a complex of three luxurious buildings, along with Rubus and Lividus. There is a SPA zone in Lividus with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, open every day, payment for use at the Baltic Home reception on the ground floor. On the roof of the building there is an observation deck and a place where you can sunbathe and relax, elevator access, free admission.

Comfortable equipment

  We care about the comfort of our guests, which is why each of our apartments is arranged to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spacious Albus 308 apartment consists of a hall, a room and a bathroom. In addition, you have at your disposal a large balcony, equipped with a seating set, where you can drink aromatic morning coffee in the light of the rising sun, and relax in the evening after an intense day.

The room is equipped with cassette external blinds that ensure a good night's sleep and comfort at night, limiting excessive light from outside. The fan gives a pleasant blast of air. There is also a large continental bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a single sofa bed. We provide bed linen for everyone. In addition, our guests can use a large 32-inch TV. In the hall there is also a large wardrobe with a luggage room, in which you can conveniently keep suitcases and outerwear.

Comfortable kitchen and bathroom

  Our apartment has its own spacious bathroom with a shower cabin, additionally equipped with a hotel hair dryer. All guests can count on a set of fresh towels (large and small) and cleaning products, such as liquid soap.

There is also a modern well-equipped kitchenette at your disposal, there is:

• refrigerator
• Electric Kettle
• drip coffee maker
• toaster
• blender
• plates, bowls, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, cleaning products (washing up liquid, sponge, cloth)

Additional information

We strive to provide our guests with maximum comfort. There are elevators in the building, and each room is equipped with a safe, convenient, keyless electronic lock. Active tourists can use the room for bicycles, long, picturesque bicycle routes leading to interesting places in the area and towards Germany await them. For guests who like to spend time on the beach, we have a windbreak in the room, which is extremely helpful equipment while relaxing on the Polish coast, and beach deckchairs. The walk to the beach takes less than 10 minutes. In the area, you can also visit the beautiful Zdrojowy Park, see the famous Stawa Młyny windmill, or take a walk along the promenade that abounds in attractions.
 

Currently, construction is underway on the neighboring plot, which may cause inconvenience due to noise and view - therefore the price is lower than usual. However, the construction is far away.

In this apartment, it is possible to stay with an animal, small medium breed dogs only.
